All payments are handled through the secure system built into Shopify, the platform that the Crazy Lixx store is built upon. This means that the store works just as good with credit card payments as it does with PayPal money transfer and everything is handled at the highest security standards. We will never take part of or have any insight into any of your credit card or account information.
First of all, we ship worldwide and all orders of €100 or more are shipped free of charge. Also, for Swedish customers we ship free of charge on all orders of €75 or more.
On orders below €75 (or €50 for Sweden) the shipping cost is based on where the order is shipped to and how much it weighs. The shipping cost for your specific order will be shown in step 2 when you check out (that is, after you've entered your credit card or PayPal information). To get an estimate of the shipping consult the table below. (A standard T-shirt weighs about 150g - 300g depending on the size and fabric)

All orders are shipped from Malmö, Sweden via Posten AB (Sweden's national post service) and normally your order will be shipped within 4-5 business days once your order is placed and your payment is complete. You will be notified by e-mail when your order is shipped.
Aproximate delivery times (once order is shipped)
- 2-4 days within Sweden
- 4-6 days within Europe
- 8-12 days outside Europe
If your order still hasn't arrived after that time, wait another 2-3 days and then contact us via e-mail and we'll try to work everything out as best we can.
/ Purchase on Approval
If, for any reason, you are not fully and totally satisfied with your purchase, you are allowed to return the items, in the exact condition as you recieived them*, within 90 days from the day you received your package and get a full refund on your purchase. Contact us via e-mail and we'll sort out all the details of your refund.
* For individually packaged items, such as some CD's, the wrapping must be intact for a full refund.
